Influencer Marketing Partnership Specialist (Indonesia Market)

Job Responsibilities Source, identify, and develop partnerships with local influencers and MCNs in Indonesia, focusing on smartwatches, TWS earphones, and Powerbank, and selecting high-potential creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook based on brand positioning and campaign objectives Lead end-to-end communication and negotiation with influencers, defining effective collaboration models (commission / fixed fee / hybrid) to maximize ROI.

Monitor campaign execution, ensuring content quality, traffic performance, and sales conversion meet targets. Analyze campaign data and influencer performance, generate actionable insights, and continuously optimize influencer strategy and portfolio. Work cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, and operations teams to support major campaigns and drive business growth.

Requirements: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, with the ability to manage influencer relationships effectively and drive win-win collaborations. Strong data analysis capability, able to interpret campaign performance (traffic, conversion, ROI) and translate insights into optimization actions.

Minimum 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL partnerships, or e-commerce marketing (experience with MCNs, brands, or agencies preferred). Experience in consumer electronics / 3C / smartphone brands is highly preferred. Deep understanding of Indonesia’s social media ecosystem (TikTok Shop, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).

Strong awareness of youth consumer trends, especially in tech and lifestyle categories. Result-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently managing the full influencer lifecycle from sourcing to performance review. Experience working with TikTok Shop campaigns or live-commerce is a strong plus
