Incharge Sample bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola alur kerja secara end-to-end dalam area tanggung jawab yang telah ditentukan. Peran ini memastikan seluruh proses produksi berjalan dengan lancar tanpa adanya hambatan atau penundaan yang tidak perlu. Tugas utamanya meliputi pemantauan penggunaan mesin dan peralatan produksi agar beroperasi secara aman dan tepat, serta memberikan penugasan kepada operator dan pekerja sesuai dengan keterampilan dan kemampuan masing-masing. Selain itu, posisi ini berperan dalam mengawasi kehadiran, kedisiplinan, dan kinerja karyawan di lini produksi, serta memberikan bimbingan atau pelatihan singkat apabila terdapat tugas spesifik yang membutuhkan instruksi tambahan. Tanggung jawab lainnya mencakup pemantauan kualitas produk agar selalu memenuhi standar perusahaan dan kebutuhan pembeli, melakukan inspeksi hasil kerja sebelum produk dialihkan ke tahap produksi berikutnya, serta mengidentifikasi dan menyediakan solusi cepat terhadap berbagai kendala produksi seperti kerusakan mesin, kekurangan material, atau keterlambatan proses. Peran ini juga berkoordinasi secara aktif dengan departemen terkait untuk menyelesaikan masalah dan memastikan kelancaran operasional produksi secara keseluruhan.
Tanggung jawab: Manage the workflow from start to finish ( end-to-end ) within the assigned area of responsibility; Ensure that the production process runs smoothly and without unnecessary delays or disruptions; Monitor the use of machines and production equipment to ensure safe and proper operation; Assign tasks to operators and workers according to their skills and capabilities; Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and performance on the production line; Provide guidance or brief training when specific tasks require additional support or instruction; Monitor product quality to ensure it meets company standards and buyer requirements; Inspect work results before products are transferred to the next production stage; Identify and provide quick solutions to production issues, such as machine breakdowns, material shortages, or production delays; Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve problems and ensure the production process continues smoothly.
