Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to read engineering drawings is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel for project site visits
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Tanggung Jawab

• Conduct project site visits to monitor installation progress and provide technical support
• Prepare project visit reports and document site findings
• Assist in providing technical training to dealers, installers, and project partners regarding HVAC products and installation
• Perform installation inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
• Support the start-up, testing, and commissioning of VRV air conditioning systems
• Configure basic system settings and controllers to ensure proper system operation
• Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and coordinate solutions with the internal technical team
• Work closely with the Sales, Service, and Project teams to support successful project completion
• Prepare technical documentation, commissioning reports, and project handover documents
