responsible for providing technical support during project implementation, including site visits, installation inspections, system start-up
Tanggung jawab: Conduct project site visits to monitor installation progress and provide technical support; Prepare project visit reports and document site findings; Assist in providing technical training to dealers, installers, and project partners regarding HVAC products and installation; Perform installation inspections to ensure compliance with company standards; Support the start-up, testing, and commissioning of VRV air conditioning systems; Configure basic system settings and controllers to ensure proper system operation; Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and coordinate solutions with the internal technical team; Work closely with the Sales, Service, and Project teams to support successful project completion; Prepare technical documentation, commissioning reports, and project handover documents.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering, or a related field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Able to read engineering drawings is preferred; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Willing to travel for project site visits; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
