Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply). Familiar with recruitment, personnel administration, employee relations, and HR processes.
Understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and BPJS administration is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Assist in payroll administration, attendance monitoring, leave management, and BPJS administration. Support employee engagement and training activities.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs. Handle HR administrative tasks and prepare HR reports. Assist in implementing company policies and HR procedures.
