Human Resources (HR) Specialist

PT Bumi Barito Mineral is an established coal company which focusing metallurgical coal production currently require a fully dedicated and motivated person to fill some position in the Human Resources (HR) Specialist . Job Description : 1. Responsible for daily operation and implementation of HR regulation and developing human resources. In the case, including the planning, implementation and monitoring of human resources and the development of quality human resources.

2. Complete other tasks assigned by the company & management team. 3. Handling of recruitment and selection processes of potential candidates. 4. Prepare employment contracts, welcoming and induction process for new hires

5. Taking and managing records of all employee data. 6. Managing employees’ attendance, leave, and holiday. Requirement :

1. Possess at least Bachelor Degree/ Master in any major in Psychology, Law, Management. 2. Have minimal 5 years experiences in similar position 3. Fluent In English (Speaking, Writing, Reading and Listening)

4. Have great systematic thinking, analytical thinking, conceptual and administrative skill. 5. Able to work in a team as well as individually 6. Able to work on multiple tasks and under pressure
