About the role We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Staff to join our dynamic team at PT NATUREPACK ESSENTIALS INDONESIA'. In this full-time position based in Kendal, Central Java, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources functions and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. What you'll be doing

Providing HR administrative support, including employee onboarding, record-keeping, and data management Assisting with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening applications, and coordinating interviews Delivering employee training and development programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce

Collaborating with managers to address employee relations issues and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures Conducting research and analysis to identify HR trends and recommend improvements to our HR practices Participating in the implementation of HR initiatives, such as performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement

What we're looking for A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or industrial setting

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels Proficient in HR-related software and tools, including HRIS and ATS
