We are looking for an experienced Human Capital Manager to lead and strengthen our people strategy while supporting business growth and operational excellence across the organization. Develop and implement Human Capital strategies aligned with business objectives and expansion plans. Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure adequate manpower availability across business units and outlets.
Oversee end-to-end Human Capital functions, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, and HR Operations. Drive the implementation of performance management systems, KPI frameworks, talent development, and succession planning initiatives. Ensure payroll, employee administration, benefits, and labor compliance processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
Build and strengthen organizational culture through employee engagement and culture development programs. Partner closely with operational leaders to improve workforce productivity, employee capability, and organizational effectiveness. Analyze people metrics and provide strategic recommendations to support management decision-making.
Support new branch openings by ensuring manpower readiness, training readiness, and organizational setup. Opportunity to lead Human Capital transformation in a rapidly growing organization. Direct involvement in shaping organizational culture and people strategy.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources / Human Capital.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisor or Managerial role.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate HR insights into business actions.
