Key Responsibilities: Ensure operation processes in the store in accordance with applicable standard procedures. Ensure that work processes are carried out in accordance with the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Carry out employee recruitment with qualified candidates. Requirements: Graduated from Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
Min. 3 (three) years of experience in HR, preferably in the retail industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Excellent verbal and written in English.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment. Willing to work in shifts, weekends and located at Balikpapan
