Sebagai HSSE Officer, Anda bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengimplementasikan dan memantau praktik Kesehatan, Keselamatan, Keamanan, dan Lingkungan (HSSE) secara langsung di lapangan. Anda akan memastikan seluruh aktivitas kerja, terutama selama proses instalasi dan interior fit-out, mematuhi standar keselamatan untuk melindungi tenaga kerja, aset perusahaan, serta lingkungan sekitar.
Tanggung jawab: Implement and monitor HSSE standards and procedures at the project site, including PPE compliance and safe work practices for all personnel and subcontractors; Conduct site safety inspections and audits regularly, identify hazards, unsafe acts/conditions, and near misses, and ensure timely corrective actions; Prepare and review HIRADC/JSA, work permits, and other HSSE documentation prior to high-risk work activities.
