Posisi HSEQ Specialist bertugas memberikan dukungan dan saran ahli mengenai masalah HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) untuk memastikan operasional perusahaan berjalan dengan aman dan sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku serta standar Jotun. Peran ini melibatkan implementasi kebijakan perusahaan, koordinasi proyek HSEQ, serta pemeliharaan sistem dokumentasi untuk menjaga akreditasi standar perusahaan. Selain itu, staf akan bekerja sama dengan pemilik elemen terkait untuk mengembangkan kesadaran karyawan melalui pelatihan HSEQ.
Tanggung jawab: Implement and maintain the Company's HSEQ Policies and procedures to comply with the legal and Jotun HSEQ Management System; Follow up and maintain necessary documentation; Assist the implementation of the HSEQ management system by working closely with the Element Owners; Contribute and coordinate HSEQ projects within specific specialist areas to achieve demonstrable results; Maintain and improve the HSEQ, ISO, and OSHAS system documents, ensuring audits and actions are carried out as required to maintain the company's accreditation to the standards; Deliver HSEQ training to develop employee awareness.
