Posisi ini ditempatkan pada proyek Manajemen Konstruksi (CM) yang berlokasi di Buleleng, Bali. Peran ini berfokus pada pengawasan dan dukungan terhadap implementasi standar Kesehatan, Keselamatan, dan Lingkungan (K3/HSE) di area proyek. Staf HSE bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan inspeksi rutin, mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya di lapangan, serta berkoordinasi dengan kontraktor dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur keselamatan kerja. Selain itu, posisi ini mencakup tugas administratif terkait dokumentasi HSE proyek.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor and support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards by Contractors on the project site; Conduct routine HSE inspections and identify potential hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions; Coordinate with the CM team, Contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with project HSE requirements; Assist in promoting a safe working environment and ensure HSE procedures are consistently implemented; Perform other HSE and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) atau Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (HSE/K3), Civil Engineering, Administration, or a related field; Previous experience in an HSE, HSE Admin, Project HSE, or similar role is preferred; Fresh graduates with relevant HSE education and strong motivation are welcome to apply; Familiar with HSE regulations, site safety practices, and project documentation; Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word; Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and possess good communication and coordination skills; Willing to be placed at the project site in Buleleng, Bali.
