PT. Xiangrui Material Indonesia (PT. XRAI) berlokasi di IMIP Industrial Park, Morowali, membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk bergabung di Departemen HSE (Safety Division) sebagai HSE Site Safety Supervisor. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memastikan kepatuhan terhadap seluruh regulasi kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, memantau pelaksanaan program keselamatan harian hingga tahunan, melakukan inspeksi tempat kerja secara berkala, serta menginvestigasi insiden guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman, efisien, dan sesuai dengan standar industri smelter serta kawasan industri IMIP.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, company policies, and IMIP safety requirements; Coordinate and monitor the implementation of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual safety programs to ensure safe and efficient operations; Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments to prevent workplace accidents; Ensure the proper implementation of safety procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Permit to Work (PTW) systems; Investigate workplace accidents and near misses, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented; Coordinate with PT. IMIP and relevant departments to ensure effective implementation of safety programs and compliance with industrial park safety standards.
Kualifikasi: Diploma (D4) atau Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Occupational Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in occupational safety management, preferably in the manufacturing, mining, smelting, or heavy industrial sectors; Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong knowledge of Indonesian occupational safety and health regulations, hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRADC/HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), incident investigation, workplace ins; Familiarity with ISO 45001 and applicable IMIP safety standards is required.
