Perusahaan membuka kesempatan bagi tenaga ahli Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan (HSE) untuk bergabung dalam mengawasi pelaksanaan standar keselamatan di berbagai lokasi proyek aktif perusahaan. Sebagai HSE Officer, Anda bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengimplementasikan serta memantau persyaratan HSE di lokasi proyek, melaksanakan inspeksi keselamatan harian dan pertemuan safety toolbox, memantau izin kerja (permit to work), penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), serta aktivitas berisiko tinggi. Anda juga bertugas menyiapkan laporan HSE, mengelola catatan insiden, mengoordinasikan pelatihan keselamatan bagi personel, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi lokal maupun standar internasional, serta mendukung investigasi insiden dan tanggap darurat di area penempatan Tangerang BSD.
Tanggung jawab: Responsible for implementing and monitoring HSE requirements on site; Conduct daily safety inspections and safety toolbox meetings; Monitor work permits, PPE usage, and high-risk activities; Prepare HSE reports, incident records, and safety documentation; Coordinate safety training and induction for site personnel; Ensure compliance with local regulations and project HSE standards; Support emergency response and incident investigation activities.
Kualifikasi: Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field; Min. 3–5 years of experience as HSE; Fluent in English and have good communication skills; Familiar with construction site HSE management; Knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and international safety standards; Familiar with PTW (Permit to Work) system and risk assessment; Able to conduct safety inspections and incident investigations; Proficient in Microsoft Office; HSE certification is preferred; Willing be placement to Tangerang BSD.
