Posisi HSE Officer bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan seluruh kegiatan operasional di area proyek mematuhi standar keselamatan, kesehatan kerja, dan lingkungan (K3L). Peran ini krusial dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan meminimalkan risiko kecelakaan kerja. Tanggung jawab utamanya meliputi penerapan regulasi keselamatan kerja, pengawasan prosedur operasional di lapangan, pengelolaan dokumen K3, serta pemberian rekomendasi perbaikan terkait potensi bahaya kepada manajemen dan tim proyek.
Kualifikasi: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Minimum D3/D4/S1 in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Health, Public Health, Engineering, or related fields; Possess HSE certifications such as AK3 Umum, K3 Construction, Confined Space Entry (CSE), or other relevant certifications is an advantage; Familiar with occupational health and safety regulations and standards; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Good communication and teamwork skills; Willing to be placed at project sites across Indonesia; Able to work under pressure and meet project.
