The HSE Assistant is responsible for supporting the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs within the organization. This role involves conducting safety inspections, area patrols, and compliance audits to ensure a safe working environment. The assistant plays a key role in maintaining HSE documentation, recording incident reports, and managing the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (APD). Additionally, the position involves providing safety inductions for new employees, guests, and sub-contractors, as well as managing hazardous waste (B3) labeling and reporting. The HSE Assistant also supports environmental reporting (SIMPEL, PROPER) and oversees pest control schedules, requiring a candidate who is disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
Tanggung jawab: Assist in the implementation of HSE programs, including safety inspections, area patrols, and procedure compliance audits; Assist in HSE documentation management, recording incident/work accident reports, and recapitulating Safety Patrol data; Monitor the availability and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (APD); Provide Safety Induction for new employees, guests, or sub-contractors entering the work area; Ensure proper B3 waste labeling/symbols and record B3 waste balance; Assist in data input for environmental reporting (SIMPEL, PROPER); Supervise the implementation of pest control schedules and recapitulate pest management activity results.
Kualifikasi: Minimal Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in any major, preferably Public Health (K3), Environmental Engineering, K3 Engineering, or related fields; Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply); Possession of an Ahli K3 Umum certificate (Kemenaker RI) is an advantage; Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint for reporting); Good communication skills for safety education; Assertive, thorough, disciplined, and highly concerned with detail and the safety of others; Capable of working independently or in a team.
