Sebagai profesional HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) di PT Hoco Asia Industry, Anda memegang peran krusial dalam menjaga lingkungan kerja yang aman dan berkelanjutan. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk mengimplementasikan serta mengawasi praktik kesehatan, keselamatan, dan lingkungan guna melindungi karyawan serta komunitas lokal di area operasional Cikande, Banten. Peran ini melibatkan pengembangan kebijakan HSE, pelaksanaan inspeksi rutin, penilaian risiko, serta investigasi insiden. Anda juga akan berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk menanamkan budaya keselamatan yang kuat, memantau indikator kinerja HSE, serta memberikan panduan dan pelatihan kepada karyawan mengenai protokol keselamatan terbaik.
Tanggung jawab: Develop, implement and monitor comprehensive HSE policies, procedures and training programs; Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards; Investigate incidents and accidents, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a strong culture of safety and environmental stewardship; Monitor and report on key HSE performance indicators to continuously improve our practices; Provide expert guidance and training to employees on best-in-class HSE protocols; Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and best practices in health, safety and environmental management.
