Manage daily Finance, Accounting, and General Affairs activities to support factory operations. Prepare monthly financial statements, journal entries, and accounting reports. Monitor factory cost accounting, inventory valuation, and production costs.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and tax regulations. Handle budgeting, cost control, financial analysis, and ERP transactions. Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Oversee General Affairs operations, including administrative support for manufacturing facilities. Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team while driving continuous process improvements.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance & Accounting Supervisor in a food manufacturing or FMCG manufacturing company.
Strong experience in factory accounting, manufacturing cost accounting, inventory accounting, and financial reporting.
Experience handling General Affairs functions in a manufacturing environment.
Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, taxation, ERP systems, and month-end/year-end closing.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
