HRGA Manager

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources & General Affairs, with at least 5 years as a Manager, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Experience in handling industrial relations within a plant environment is an advantage.

Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and government regulations related to employment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proven experience in managing HR and GA teams at a plant level.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS systems (preferably Talenta). Willing to be placed at our Plant in Cikande.
