Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field
• At least 4-5 years of experience in HRGA preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry is highly prefereed
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws, employment regulations and compliance requirements and proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications
• Knowledge of Various Human Resources area such as benefits, compensation, perfomance management and payroll functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively at all organisational levels
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HR projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
• Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Solid Business communication, consulting, and analytical skills required
• Professional certification in HR (such as SHRM or equivalent) is preferred
• Able to speak english
• Ready to join immediately

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies and policies aligned with company objectives and Indonesian labour regulations
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
• Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management
• Administer compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and competitive market positioning
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and support career progression
• Maintain accurate personnel records, employment contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage general administrative functions including office operations, facilities management, and vendor relations
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian employment laws, regulations, and company policies
• Lead and mentor the HR and GA team, providing guidance and support for professional development
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making and workforce planning
