Responsible for HR Operations and act as an extension of the corporate strategic HR team to ensure localized execution.

Tanggung jawab: Analyze departmental hiring requests, collaborate with management, and design strategic manpower plans that align with company budgets; Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA), design annual training plans, build clear career paths (promotions, rotations, demotions), and manage succession planning to boost employee productivity, coordinate with People Development Team; Facilitate the annual performance appraisal process, socialize evaluation policies, and consult with management on results to drive accountability; Design and update organizational structures, job descriptions, competency frameworks, and drive the internal adoption of corporate values and ethics, coordinate with Organization Development Team; Oversee operational procurement from Purchase Request (PR) to delivery, manage corporate assets (buildings, vehicles), and maintain HR/GA budget efficiency; Maintain and foster harmonious industrial relations to create a positive working environment within the assigned department, while building strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders; Partner with HR Teams and department heads to embed corporate values & culture and the code of ethics across the organization; Requirements:; Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, or Management; Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role (Assistant Manager/Manager); Possess excellent communication skills, negotiation and teamwork; Possess a deep understanding of, and stay continuously updated on, current labor laws and regulations; Possess excellent analytical skills; Willing to travel.
