HR Supervisor (Based in Solo)

About the role We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join Sun Motor Group in Surakarta , Central Java. As HR Supervisor, you will play a key part in supporting our HR operations and ensuring that our people management practices align with company objectives. This role is essential in maintaining effective HR processes and supporting the development of our workforce across the organisation. What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Management.

Minimum 5 years of experience as HRGA Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry or multi-branch companies. Familiar with centralized HRGA systems and multi-branch operational coordination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Proven experience in developing and implementing efficiency and cost-control programs within HRGA functions. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Willing to travel for business trips across Central Java & Yogyakarta areas.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR administrative reporting.
