Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) . HSK certification is a plus Able to communicate effectively with expatriates, management, and employees Strong understanding of HR functions, Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Willing to be placed at site/project locations Job Descriptions
Act as the primary HR liaison between local employees and Mandarin-speaking management Translate HR documents, company policies, employment agreements, and internal communications between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia/English Assist in employee relations matters and support the resolution of workplace issues
Coordinate employee attendance, leave management, payroll-related administration, and personnel records Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
