Manage end to end recruitment process. Manage and maintain employee data accurately in HRIS Talenta . Handle attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records through the HRIS system.
Support payroll administration by ensuring employee data and attendance records are accurate and up to date. Prepare and maintain HR documents, including employment contracts, warning letters, employee certificates, and other personnel-related documents. Monitor employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation tracking, contract renewals, and offboarding.
Assist in BPJS administration and other statutory compliance requirements. Generate regular HR reports and provide data insights to management. Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Support employee engagement activities and internal HR programs. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience using HRIS Talenta . Strong understanding of HR administration processes, attendance management, payroll support, and employee data management. Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
