The HR Supervisor will work in the logistics, express delivery, and supply chain industry. This role is responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, and manpower planning. The supervisor ensures compliance with labor regulations and handles internal employee matters, conflicts, and disciplinary processes.

Kualifikasi: S1 Psychology, HR Management, Law, Management, or related; Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources; Experience as HR Supervisor/Manager preferred; Experience in logistics, expedition, warehouse, supply chain, manufacturing, retail, or operational industries preferred; Understand labor regulations, PKWT/PKWTT, BPJS, SP, PHK, and industrial relations; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting; Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; Willing to work mobile.
