Job Description: Manage and update employee personal data, employment contract information, and employment status. Archive important employee-related documents.
Ensure the accuracy and security of employee data. Monitor and adjust employee attendance in the system and in real time. Assist in the employee recruitment process.
Arrange interview schedules. Conducting orientation for new employees in accordance with the Company's basic SOP. Handling correspondence related to HR and employees.
Job Requirements: Minimum education of a bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, or Law is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Ability to identify and resolve employee issues and handle conflicts wisely. Attention to detail, accuracy, and caution in performing tasks and responsibilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office applications
