HR Recruitment Manager bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola seluruh siklus rekrutmen (end-to-end recruitment) mulai dari permintaan tenaga kerja hingga hari pertama bergabung di perusahaan manufaktur yang berlokasi di Balaraja. Peran ini sangat strategis dalam merancang strategi pencarian kandidat, melakukan headhunting langsung, serta membangun basis data talenta berkualitas tinggi. Kandidat juga akan terlibat dalam perencanaan tenaga kerja (manpower planning) bekerja sama dengan Direktur dan Kepala Departemen, melakukan pemetaan talenta (talent mapping), serta menyusun laporan dasbor rekrutmen mingguan untuk manajemen. Penguasaan terhadap sistem HRIS serta kemampuan komunikasi yang baik sangat diutamakan untuk mendukung operasional HR secara keseluruhan.
Tanggung jawab: Handle end-to-end recruitment from manpower request to joining day; Design sourcing strategy based on requested requirements; Actively perform headhunting and direct sourcing; Build database of candidates from various sources; Conduct CV screening, competency-based interview, reference check, user interview coordination, salary negotiation, offering and onboarding; Perform talent mapping of potential candidates from relevant industry; Coordinate with Director and Department Head for manpower planning; Build weekly recruitment dashboard for management; Coordinate with HR Admin to update employee database; Perform other tasks as assigned; Job Requirements:; Bachelor's degree; Conversational English proficiency; Min. 2 years as Recruitment Manager or Talent Acquisition Manager with min. 5 years in handling Talent Acquisition/Recruitment in manufacture industry (min. 150 employees scale); Experienced in manpower planning, talent mapping, end-to-end recruitment, and HR administration; Proficient in using tools to support HR operations and familiar with HRIS; Good communication skills and Target-oriented; [Only CV in English will be processed]; We RGF HR Agent Indonesia is strictly following the personal data protection law in Indonesia.
