Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding handover. Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles. Ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines and recruitment targets. 2. Candidate Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and direct outreach. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Conduct talent mapping for critical and hard-to-fill positions. 3. Screening and Assessment Review applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirements, technical fit, and cultural alignment. Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, communication skills, motivation, and suitability. Coordinate interview arrangements with hiring managers and support the interview process. 4. Stakeholder Management Partner with department heads and line managers to provide recruitment advice, market insights, and hiring updates. Follow up actively with stakeholders to ensure timely interview feedback and hiring decisions. Support managers in making sound hiring recommendations based on candidate evaluation. 5. Offer and Hiring Coordination Prepare and manage offer process, including salary proposal alignment, offer communication, and candidate negotiation. Maintain regular communication with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and smooth joining process. Coordinate with HR and relevant departments for pre-boarding and onboarding arrangements. 6. Recruitment Operations and Reporting Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate data, and hiring status updates in the recruitment tracker or ATS. Prepare regular hiring reports including pipeline status, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and vacancy progress. Ensure recruitment processes are conducted in a structured, compliant, and confidential manner. 7. Employer Branding Support Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s talent attraction in the fintech market. Participate in job fairs, campus outreach, networking events, and recruitment campaigns as needed. Promote a positive candidate experience and professional company image throughout the recruitment journey. Education -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field. Experience -Minimum 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR recruitment function. -Experience in a fintech, technology, startup, financial services, or other fast-paced business environment is preferred. -Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously. -Experience in hiring for both business and support functions is an advantage. Knowledge -Good understanding of recruitment and selection processes, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. -Familiarity with recruitment channels, sourcing strategies, and talent market practices. -Basic understanding of employment laws and hiring compliance. -Good knowledge of organizational hiring needs and manpower planning support. -Awareness of fintech or digital business talent landscape is an added advantage. Skills - Fluent mandarin is a must -Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills. -Good interview, screening, and evaluation capability. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies with tight deadlines. -Good stakeholder management and coordination skills. -Strong negotiation and candidate management ability. -Good attention to detail, organization, and follow-up discipline. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems / applicant tracking systems. -Good analytical and reporting skills. Personal Attributes -Proactive, responsive, and result-oriented. -Able to work independently and in a fast-moving environment. -Strong sense of urgency and ownership. -Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information. -Adaptable and resilient in managing changing hiring priorities. -Positive attitude with a strong service mindset toward internal stakeholders and candidates. Preferred Qualifications -Experience in hiring for roles such as technology, product, operations, risk, compliance, customer support, or commercial functions within fintech or financial services. -Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other sourcing tools. -Good command of English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Mandarin, in both written and spoken. -Experience in employer branding or recruitment campaign activities is a plus.
