Job Description The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end Human Resources functions with a strong focus on Industrial Relations (IR). This role requires hands-on leadership in managing workforce relations, compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, and maintaining a stable and productive working environment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and handle Industrial Relations (IR) matters, including disputes, negotiations, warnings, terminations, and liaison with Manpower Office (Disnaker). Lead and oversee daily HR operations: recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, training, and employee engagement. Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
Handle union relations (if applicable), collective labor agreements (PKB), and company regulations (PP). Advise management on HR policies, manpower planning, and organizational development. Manage disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution professionally.
Prepare and manage HR reports, documentation, and audits. Act as a strategic HR partner to management while remaining operationally hands-on. Job Requirements
General Requirements: • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources. • Strong and proven experience in Industrial Relations (mandatory).
