PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients, a Japanese Packaging Manufacturing Company, in finding great talent as an HR Manager (Surabaya) with the requirements as follows: Job Responsibilities : • Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

• Review, develop, and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations to support business growth and compliance. • Support management in organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development. • Design, implement, and continuously improve performance evaluation systems and employee development programs.

• Provide HR-related advice and recommendations to management based on business needs and organizational goals. • Monitor employee engagement, identify organizational challenges, and propose improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.

• Collaborate closely with management and department leaders to build a productive, high-performing, and sustainable organization. • Drive HR transformation initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of people management systems and organizational effectiveness. Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. • Experience in developing, implementing, or improving HR policies, procedures, and people management systems.
