Job Description: We are seeking a highly capable and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Human Resources functions, particularly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies, people development, and overall HR operations to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, with strong exposure in mass hiring
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business needs Manage employee lifecycle processes including promotion, mutation, and rotation Drive Organization Development (OD) initiatives and people development programs
Oversee Performance Management system implementation and continuous improvement Ensure smooth execution of HR Operations, including HR administration and compliance Handle Industrial Relations (IR), including employee relations and dispute resolution
Manage workforce planning and support business leaders in strategic HR initiatives Handle expatriate management, including onboarding, compliance, and engagement Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or related field Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in managerial level
