Job Description : Lead end-to-end Human Resources department both in HR Operations and HR Strategy to continuously evaluate and develop people strategies aligned with business objectives. Handle HR, GA, Industrial Relations, HSE.
Making sure the main organization's HR IR-GA policies are carried out. Promoting corporate values and drive culture. Become the center point for organization correspondence with other external parties, etc.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, or Psychology
- Must have at least 10 years experiences in end-to-end generalist HR, GA and IR from manufacture company .
- Experienced in working with business leaders to understand business goals and able to provide advice as well as drive people strategies that align with business objectives.
- Experienced in the Food & Beverage Manufacture will be preferred.
- Strong people skills and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Digital savvy and familiar with Ms. Office especially Ms. Excell, HRIS and Payroll Management System.
- Prefer candidate who can join immediately .
