HR Generalist Staff

PT. Daya Semesta Agro Persada Founded in 1997, it specializes in palm oil plantations and production. The plantation itself is located in Prajen Village, Banyuasin, South Sumatra. Requirements : Minimum Bachelor's degree Law/Management/Psychology

Minimum 2 years experience in HRGA, in the Business Group Understand the HR process thoroughly (end-to-end) Managing HR administration (employment contracts, employee database, BPJS, etc.)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) accustomed to using HRIS/ERP systems Have good communication skills and be able to work in a team

Managing company asset functions and legal administration in an orderly and structured manner Possess high integrity, responsibility, discipline, thoroughness, and support Accustomed to handling employee issues

Willing to be placed at SCBD Jakarta Selatan
