HR Corporate Manager

PT Balinesia Group is seeking an experienced Corporate HR Manager to lead and oversee Human Resources functions strategically and operationally across multiple business entities within the group. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement Human Resources strategies across all companies within the group.

- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and labor law compliance. - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and talent development processes. - Collaborate with HR Supervisors across business units and outlets.

- Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding people management and organizational development. - Support workforce planning and HR needs related to business expansion and new branch openings. - Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources; experience as an HR Manager or Corporate HR professional is preferred.

- Experience managing HR functions across multiple business units, preferably in retail, F&B, hospitality, or related industries. - Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and current HR best practices. - Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
