Manage monthly payroll processing, including salary, overtime, allowances, and deductions. Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursement. Administer BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, including registration, updates, claims, and contributions.
Reconcile payroll data with attendance, leave, and other related records. Calculate and report employee income tax (PPh 21). Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Manage employee compensation, benefits, and allowance programs. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and BPJS. Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders to support payroll and benefits operations.
