Oversee and manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor law Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation Coordinate and support employee engagement and company culture initiatives Lead and manage HR, General Affairs, and Admin-related projects end-to-end
Oversee general office administration and operational support Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers Prepare and present HR reports and data-driven insights to management and regional stakeholders
Coordinate with regional and SEA teams on HR alignment and best practices Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and government reporting requirements Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices Experience handling HR, General Affairs, and Admin functions Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and produce meaningful reports
