Responsibilities: 100% Remote Working/Work from Home. Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, leave management, and employee relations.
Perform administrative duties such as document management, record-keeping, and data entry. Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls to address HR-related queries. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes. Support HR projects and initiatives as needed. Supporting training and development by creating programs and conducting employee sessions, assisting with performance management through reviews and goal setting, and generating HR reports to track key performance indicators.
Requirements: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Basic experience in HR administration and payroll is required.
Experienced in HR or willing to learn Singapore employment regulations. Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English Must owned a working computer and must have decent Internet speed (speed test of minimum 20mbps) for work purposes.
