HPAL Supply Chain Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations like procurement, inventory & WH
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and coordinate daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution; Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations; Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of materials to support business and operational requirements; Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Logistics teams to optimize the end-to-end supply chain process; Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization; Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management; Ensure timely delivery of materials and products while maintaining quality and service standards; Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and other external stakeholders to ensure reliable service and performance; Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team to achieve departmental goals and improve overall performance; Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and applicable legal requirements; Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to minimize operational disruptions; Support budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning activities related to supply chain operations; Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and distribution; Experience in demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply planning; Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities; Experience in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration; Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Good understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards related to supply chain operations; Fluent in English and Mandarin; Willing to be placed in Morowali, Central Sulawesi.
