Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and distribution
• Experience in demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply planning
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities
• Experience in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration
• Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards related to supply chain operations
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Willing to be placed in Morowali, Central Sulawesi

Tanggung Jawab

• Supervise and coordinate daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of materials to support business and operational requirements
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Logistics teams to optimize the end-to-end supply chain process
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and products while maintaining quality and service standards
• Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and other external stakeholders to ensure reliable service and performance
• Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team to achieve departmental goals and improve overall performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and applicable legal requirements
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to minimize operational disruptions
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning activities related to supply chain operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and strategic initiatives
