We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking individuals who take pride in maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards.
Tanggung jawab: Clean and maintain guest rooms, villas, apartments, and common areas to luxury standards; Change bed linens, towels, and replenish room amenities as per standard operating procedures; Report maintenance issues, missing items, or damages to the team leader; Handle guest belongings with care and respect privacy at all times; Complete assigned rooms and areas within the allocated time; Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols; Assist with laundry, deep cleaning, and special cleaning requests when needed; Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping trolleys and storage areas; Requirements:; Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a hotel, villa, or luxury property; Able to perform active, hands-on tasks throughout the shift; Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable; Honest, trustworthy, and respectful of guest privacy; Willing to work in rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays; Basic English communication is a plus.
