Perform thorough daily cleaning of guest villas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Perform a variety of cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing. Change bed linens, replace towels, and ensure proper handling of guest laundry services. Restock toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other villa amenities as needed. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies, extra cleaning, or other housekeeping services. Collect and dispose of trash while maintaining an environmentally friendly approach. Arrange furniture, decorations, and amenities to ensure a well-organized and welcoming villa environment. Protect housekeeping equipment and ensure there are no inadequacies. Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs, damages, deficits, or disturbances to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Properly clean and maintain upholstered furniture. Keep the linen room stocked and organized. Learn guest preferences, allergies, dislikes, and expectations to enhance their stay. Assist guests when necessary with professionalism and patience. Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company-related practices. Perform all duties from Villa Manager & Housekeeping supervisor with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanor.
