Housekeeping and Quality Manager

This is not a desk job, and it is not a logistics scheduling job. You are the ultimate guardian of our guest experience. You will manage the "people and the polish"—ensuring every villa looks, feels, and smells like a 5-star resort the moment a guest walks through the door. You will lead, build, and motivate a dedicated team of housekeepers, while also holding our external pool and gardening partners to elite standards. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Partner directly with external recruitment agencies and local networks to proactively source, screen, and build a pipeline of top-tier cleaning talent.

5-Star Training Academy: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for housekeepers. You will teach the "Suite Stay Way"—covering everything from chemical safety and advanced stain removal to the exact psychology of luxury linen presentation and towel folding. Vendor Performance (Pools & Gardens): Act as the main point of check for our pool and gardening staff. You will source the best vendors, set clear expectations, and inspect their work regularly to ensure pristine water clarity and manicured landscapes.

Team Motivation & Culture: Build a supportive, high-accountability culture. You will manage team uniforms, conduct performance evaluations, and implement motivational incentives that keep team morale high and turnover low. Quality Control Inspections: Conduct rigorous, checklist-driven physical inspections of properties post-cleaning to greenlight them for guest arrivals. Inventory Ownership: Manage stocks of guest amenities, linens, and cleaning supplies—ensuring teams are always equipped without wasteful over-ordering.

Experienced Leader: Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Assistant Executive Housekeeper, or Villa Manager in a 4/5-star resort, premium hotel, or high-end luxury villa network. Sourcing Network: Proven experience working with recruiters and agencies to scale up hospitality staff efficiently. Obsessive Attention to Detail: You notice the fingerprint on the glass, the dust on the high ledge, and the crooked cushion that others walk right past.

Natural Motivator: You lead by inspiring, not just managing. You know how to build loyalty and pride in a cleaning team. Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) to coordinate effectively with management, recruiters, and occasionally guests. [Add local language if in Bali: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia is required ]. Mobile & Flexible: Holds a valid driver’s license and is willing to travel between our local properties for inspections.
