Posisi Host Live Streaming bertanggung jawab untuk memandu sesi siaran langsung di berbagai platform media sosial seperti TikTok dan Shopee dengan menyajikan informasi produk secara jelas, menarik, dan informatif. Tugas utama meliputi berinteraksi aktif dengan penonton melalui kolom komentar dan fitur chat, mendorong penjualan untuk mencapai target yang ditentukan, menjelaskan berbagai promo dan diskon, serta melakukan demonstrasi produk. Host juga bekerja sama secara erat dengan tim marketing dan administrasi untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional siaran langsung dan memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada calon pembeli.
Tanggung jawab: Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee and other social media platforms; Present and explain products in an engaging, clear, and informative manner; Actively interact with viewers through comments, questions, and live chat features; Encourage viewers to make purchases and achieve the assigned sales targets; Explain promotions, discounts, vouchers, and other sales programs during live sessions; Maintain an engaging, energetic, and interactive atmosphere throughout the live stream; Respond to customer questions regarding products, prices, availability, sizes, colors, and purchasing procedures; Conduct product demonstrations or showcase product usage when necessary; Collaborate with the marketing, admin, and sales teams to ensure smooth live streaming operations; Study and understand products before each live session to provide accurate information to viewers; Evaluate live streaming performance based on viewership, audience engagement, and sales results.
Kualifikasi: Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera; Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
