Sebagai Host Live & Content Talent, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk mempromosikan produk secara persuasif, menjawab pertanyaan penonton secara real-time, dan menciptakan pengalaman belanja yang menyenangkan. Anda juga akan berkolaborasi dengan tim e-commerce dan marketing untuk menyusun konten kreatif yang mampu menarik minat audiens dan mendorong konversi penjualan.
Tanggung jawab: Go live on TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, and other platforms; Showcase our products by explaining features, benefits, prices, and promos in a clear, fun, and persuasive way; Connect with viewers by answering comments, questions, and live chat in real time; Create a positive, high-energy vibe that makes shopping enjoyable; Drive purchases and help the team hit sales targets; Prepare before every session with product knowledge and live streaming materials; Collaborate with the E-commerce, Marketing, and Store teams for smooth, successful lives; Turn feedback into insights that make every next live better; Represent our brand with a professional, well-groomed appearance.
Kualifikasi: Confident, energetic, outgoing, creative, and comfortable speaking on camera; Able to interact naturally with any audience; Familiar with marketplace, especially TikTok Tokopedia and Shopee; Passionate about Office Chairs, Sofas, and Furniture; Sales-minded and motivated to hit targets; Well-groomed, presentable, and enthusiastic; Open to working as content talent; Flexible with schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when needed; Able to work on-site in Bitung, Cikupa, Tangerang.
