HOOKAH MASTER UBUD

About the role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hookah Master to join our team at PT Hookah Place Partnership in Ubud, Bali. This is a full-time position based in our Ubud location. As Hookah Master, you will be the expert custodian of our hookah service, responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving premium hookah experiences to our guests. Your expertise and attention to detail will be central to delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety within our establishment.

Key responsibilities Prepare and assemble hookah equipment to the highest standards, ensuring all components are clean, functional and properly maintained Select and blend premium tobacco and flavours based on guest preferences and seasonal availability

Provide expert guidance to guests on hookah selection, flavour profiles and smoking techniques Monitor hookah sessions throughout service to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction Maintain meticulous hygiene and sanitation standards across all hookah equipment and serving areas

Train and mentor junior staff on proper hookah preparation, service protocols and customer engagement Manage inventory of tobacco, charcoal, flavourings and accessories, ensuring adequate stock levels Respond promptly to guest requests and address any concerns or issues during their experience

Ensure compliance with all local health, safety and regulatory requirements for hookah service Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere, contributing to the overall ambiance of the establishment What we're looking
