What you'll be doing Assisting production staff with assembly and manufacturing tasks on the production line Preparing materials, tools, and equipment needed for production processes Transporting and organising raw materials and finished products within the facility Monitoring production output and reporting any issues or defects to supervisors Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment and work areas Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organised workspace Supporting quality control checks and ensuring products meet company standards Responding promptly to production team requests and adapting to changing production schedules What we're looking for Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour duties, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate to heavy items Reliability and punctuality, with a strong commitment to attendance Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and experienced team members Basic understanding of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting
