About the role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head Sales & Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis based in Cimahi, West Java . In this pivotal leadership position, you will be responsible for driving new business development, expanding our market presence, and overseeing all sales and marketing initiatives across the organisation. This role is instrumental in achieving our growth objectives and establishing CV. Sentosa Electric Keibu as a market leader in our industry. You will report directly to senior management and have the autonomy to shape our commercial strategy and lead high-performing teams. Key responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth Lead, manage and mentor the sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships and business development initiatives Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders and potential partners to expand our customer base Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and market positioning Set sales targets and performance metrics, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve organisational goals Prepare detailed sales forecasts, market analysis and business reports for senior management Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of high-quality solutions Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics to maintain competitive advantage What we're looking for Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales and marketing leadership roles, with demonstrated success in new business development
