Responsible for leading end-to-end mining operations across bauxite, silica, and coal, ensuring production targets, operational efficiency etc.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and implement operational strategies in line with the company's business targets; Lead and oversee end-to-end mining operations, including mining, processing, hauling, stockpile, port operations, and mineral shipment; Manage mining operations covering bauxite, silica, and coal commodities; Ensure production, sales, and shipment targets are achieved according to the company's business plan; Oversee short-, medium-, and long-term production planning and execution; Ensure all operations comply with technical mining standards, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational specifications; Control operational costs and optimize the utilization of manpower, equipment, and other company resources; Ensure the implementation of Mining Safety, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), and Environmental Management across all operational areas; Ensure compliance with applicable mining regulations, permits, ESDM requirements, and government regulations; Evaluate operational performance and establish corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives; Identify operational risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies; Provide strategic direction and leadership to managers and department heads in managing mining operations; Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, customers, contractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders; Oversee the mining supply chain from production, hauling, stockpile, port operations, through to final.
