Job Role The Head of Mining Operations & Engineering (KTT/PJO) is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all mining engineering, operational execution, regulatory compliance, and project development activities within the nickel mining operation. This role carries critical technical and operational accountability, including acting as the legal and technical leader for mining activities, ensuring compliance with ESDM regulations, managing mine development strategies, and leading operational teams toward safe, efficient, and sustainable production. The successful candidate will manage the transition from exploration and infrastructure development into full-scale mining operations by overseeing mine planning, production readiness, contractor management, fleet optimization, cost control, and implementation of industry best practices. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary technical and operational leader responsible for mining activities and compliance with Indonesian mining regulations. Ensure implementation of Good Mining Practices (GMP), Mining Safety Management System (SMKP), HSE standards, and environmental compliance.
