Hipster Inc is a Singapore-based technology company with teams in Singapore and India, specializing in building software for enterprise and government clients, ranging from cloud platforms to AI-powered systems. The company also developed Voncierge, an AI and video customer-service platform currently deployed at Changi Airport and Jewel Changi, with ongoing expansion plans across Asia and North America. As the first senior marketing hire, you will own the marketing strategy for both the Voncierge and Hipster businesses, with a 60:40 focus split. This is a player-coach role where you will define the strategy, manage the budget, and execute campaigns directly. You will report to the CEO and lead a small growth team consisting of a growth manager and an intern, operating without a pre-existing playbook.
