The Head of IT Development is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire IT development lifecycle within a high-stakes environment. This position involves managing large-scale, complex, and mission-critical systems, with a focus on high-availability and low-latency performance. The role requires a strategic leader who can drive end-to-end project delivery, from initial design to final deployment, across multiple concurrent initiatives. In addition to technical oversight, the Head of IT Development is responsible for leading cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and DevOps, as well as managing external vendor relationships. The role demands deep expertise in enterprise application development—covering web, mobile, and system integration—specifically tailored to the needs of the capital markets or financial services industry, such as brokerage, asset management, or trading environments.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Advanced degree is an advantage; Minimum 12–15 years of experience in IT development; Minimum 5–7 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing development teams; At least 5 years of experience in the capital markets or financial services industry (brokerage, asset management, or trading); Proven hands-on and leadership experience in trading systems development (equity and/or fixed income platforms); Minimum 8–10 years of experience in enterprise application development (web, mobile, and system integration).
