Head of Human Capital

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Human Capital & General Affairs strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives and transformation agenda. Lead organizational transformation and drive a high-performance, agile, and values-driven culture.

Oversee organization design, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Lead end-to-end talent acquisition to ensure the availability of high-quality talent and strengthen employer branding. Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and career management to build a strong leadership pipeline.

Develop and implement performance management, competency development, and learning strategies to enhance workforce capability. Champion digital leadership by accelerating HR digitalization, AI adoption, and data-driven decision making. Foster employee engagement, employee experience, and effective change management to support business transformation.

Ensure compliance with labor regulations while maintaining positive industrial and employee relations. Lead General Affairs functions, including facilities management, workplace services, company assets, office administration, and corporate support services. Manage the Human Capital & General Affairs budget, governance, policies, and operational excellence to improve efficiency and productivity.

Partner with the Board of Directors and business leaders to provide strategic people insights and deliver sustainable business growth.
